Ok this definitely makes me feel that the feud is real. I was unsure until now but something has definitely happened. I think she's trying to say that Selena isn't just single.  She's VERYYYY single and will be forever.  At least that's how I interpreted it

The post was deleted what was it? Was she singing single soon? Why are people acting like that would be shade to Selena? If anything it seems like a compliment and Britney herself just became single so it would make sense for her to sing the song.

Ironically, I thought Selena’s timing of releasing her song a week before the separation/divorce was announced and her posting a reel of a husband calling her to tell her he’s separating was very very peculiar.

Selena was already dropping hints about the release long before the divorce was announced. You need to understand that the world doesn't revolve around Britney, and the only ones who care about her are the fans.

I don't think it was shade, but it would be better if she didn't make any kind of reference to Selena after everything that happened. Of course, many people will see this as an attack.
