I don’t think that user was being hypocritical.

There is a difference between sharing a concern about health issues/potential **** use and mocking someone as a crackhead, which is a derogatory term.

I'm not referring to her being compared to a crackhead though. I'm pretty sure we're not supposed to be making speculations on **** abuse, but that's literally what that OP was doing. But I'd like to know which ***** can cause your teeth to stay white and in your mouth, but give you uneven spacing, per that user.

It’s beyond that. Teeth don’t change this drastically in such a short period of time. Idk what it is, but it’s crazy to see.

God... yes they do.
If you'd been wearing a retainer and braces since childhood, which she has...

As soon as you stop wearing them, your teeth start to shift.
It's been AT LEAST since 2015 she stopped wearing the retainer.
That's 8 years... or 1/5th of her whole life... That's not a short period of time.

Especially if she recently had her wisdom teeth removed, not sure if that’s the case, but that can definitely cause movement.

Your teeth can shift in your 30s too if you’ve had previous orthodontic work and are no longer wearing a retainer.

It’s also possible she got veneers removed.  Idk why people think something insane had to happen for her teeth to look different, it’s not that uncommon at all.
