What if the rumors are true and a new Britney song with The Weeknd is coming?

In November 2022, insider Deux Moi reported that Britney Spears and The Weeknd have a collaboration in the works that would be featured on the soundtrack of "The Idol". The Song is written by The Weeknd & Spears and is produced by Max Martin, a long-time collaborator of Spears'.

The track might be called “Idle Love” but since there were a lot of changes going on, we have nothing else to do but to wait and see.

Not so fan fiction, last year there was a song between Jennie and the weekend produced by max martin and also another secret singer and it began to be rumored that it was Britney

I don't get that tweet, isn't that Jennie part of The Idol's cast? She was confirmed last summer, long before that tweet

 

The Britney/The weeknd collab is just fans speculating so far. I wish it was true but up to this point there's nothing

She met the weeknd singer and director Sam Levinson (Euphoria) in May 2022, almost a year ago. Britney is a big fan of The weeknd and tv series Euphoria so Vicky served as connection for them to meet up. Truth is only they know what happened in that meeting so the rest it just fans speculating

On November 24, 2021, Britney posted that she "shot a movie" called "The Idol". Earlier that month production of the series began. I mean, yeah….
