Oh wait, does that mean included on the docket is the court appealing an earlier decision? Does anyone know which decision the court is considering to appeal? It’s not the decision about Britney sitting for a depo is it？😡

Okay, I might be completely wrong on this so you might need to double check, but I think the appeal basically agreed that Britney shouldn't be deposed, but Penny may want to revisit Kroll, Ebadi etc.
