i know it's another delay, but the fact that penny is going to review a case regarding a second depo and the questions jamie refused to answer is a good sign that she will order another one. i just hope that second one won't take another almost year to happen

Lawyers keep billing every single hour they spend on that case.. the longer it gets dragged the richer they get.

Can Rosengart do something to move this quicker? Request for new courtroom? New judge? New courthouse?

According to Chris Melcher, requesting a new court house delays a case by many months in California.
