Today’s hearing!

-Alex Vlasov sanctions towards James
Parnell Spears motion.

-Britney Spears motion to make James
Parnell Spears sit for a second deposition.

-Sam Delcuenna Ingham III fee petition.

-Co-conservator Jodi Montgomery fee petition.

-The Court appeals decision.

*updates*
 

- The questions Jamie Spears refused to answer were seemingly related to the surveillance of Britney.
• Also discussed in court were 88 password protected texts between Jamie and Blackbox Security. Both parties claim they don’t have the passwords.

-sanctions against Weingarten were discussed in court & are still on the table.
• he could still get sanctioned bc he lied to Judge Penny about the documents he provided for depo 1. W said he provided what he was asked for but the records W sent were a jumbled mess😑

• W claims he wasn’t asked for the records in a specific format, so he sent them in a standard format suggested by an IT expert
• But the expert works for W’s firm & the format was absurdly shuffled

Sadly, I think we all know in our hearts that there will never be justice for Britney.  Rosengar is doing absolutely NOTHING and the corrupt judge Pennywise is only being an as$h0le by delaying court

Not Jamie saying flying to CA for a depo would hurt his pocket where did the 6 million he made off Brit go? And what do they think these delays are doing as an inconvenience to Britney’s money!

Don’t blame me or @DiamondCircus when the inevitable delays happen. There’s too much on the calendar, as usual, for today’s hearing. Brenda will never get through it all and at least 2/3 items will be pushed, I imagine. :tiffanynod_miss_ms_ny_new_york_yes_yas_nodding_agree:

unfortunately i can see the fees being approved. but i hope that's off set by jamie having to be deposed again, and reprimanded for his messy delivery of evidence.

ingham and possibly jodi's! despite the shady **** with both them, and ingham essentially working more for team con than britney's interest, he did still work for her. different from the ridiculous lynne's fees where her lawyer literally didn't do anything helpful at all to britney. i would love to be wrong
