How is Lynne still at Serenity??

Does anyone understand how Lynne is still getting to live on the beautiful Louisiana estate Britney built for her years ago? 

Is Britney no longer listed as the owner? Did it get switched to someone in the conservatorship and then get legally given to Lynne at some point?? 

Britney has slammed her mother so much and refused to meet with her and says her mom sided with her abusive father … but we’re supposed to believe Britney thinks it’s fine Lynne continues to live at Serenity? This doesn’t add up to me.

And how is Lynne still affording any of the upkeep? The security, the lawns/grounds, house maintenance … on a property that size, that is expensive! Where is she getting that money if not from Britney?

C’mon, we all know her family milked the **** out of Britney’s money. Isn’t it suspicious how they were getting to be Britney’s conservator in rotation? They did it on turns and and filled their pockets.

Jamie was using Britney's money to pay for the upkeep of the home up until B was freed a year ago.

There has not been confirmation that Britney owns Serenity, but we know that Team C used to pay for the upkeep and renovation costs for Lynne with Britney's money.

I really hope Lynne runs out of money because of the legal fees

It’s possible that ownership was transferred into Lynne’s name years ago. 
 

also, not sure how the laws work in Louisiana but it’s HARD to evict someone when you had a prior agreement for YEARS. The law is likely on Lynne’s side in this specific scenario.

I do believe it was taken out of Britney’s name and transferred into Lynne’s during the con.  It would’ve made sense to keep it in Britney’s name, despite being a gift for Lynne.  It would relieve Lynne of financial burdens in the event she couldn’t afford upkeep, and at the time of the gift, Britney ADORED her mother, so she wouldn’t want to potentially cause her any strain.  Lynne obviously profited from Britney over the years and probably has enough money stashed away to pay her bills and Jamie probably transferred the property to her.

OR, less likelihood…Britney still legally owns the house, but recognizes the home as a gift and allows Lynne to live there and either continues to pay for its upkeep or allows Lynne to live there assuming she will pay the taxes/upkeep bills.

If the house was legally gifted to Lynne as such that Lynne was not simply a “renter”, she would be on the deed to the property and there wouldn’t be much Britney could do to get her out of it.  Estates are tricky.  It could’ve been deeded to Lynne for the remainder of her life, and once she passes, it transfers back to Britney.  There are many different types of ownership in real estate.
