I’m not sure but he works at a high end salon and a client played it. He said the chorus is tiny dancer and it includes other Elton songs and that it’s very much a similar vibe to Cold heart.  He said Britney sounds incredible like classic Britney. And he’s not even a Britney fan.

Well, we don't know how long it was in the works. For all we know, this could have had weeks of planning. Maybe, the instrumental was in place, and Britney's voice has never REALLY needed treatment I'm a studio setting. I mean, the news might have broke minutes after a mix was made and played.
