NEW: Jamie Spears has filed a motion to compel Britney Spears' deposition

Question - Rosengart has tried to compel Jamie to sit for deposition several times.... Has judge approved those？ and Jamie just keeps ignoring them ?  Any other more  aggressive ways can force Jamie for deposition ?

well, if he wants Britney to testify anything, HE should be the one suing her, but I don't think he has any money to hire a lawyer for that, so good luck

I know he's dumb but this is really dumb. Asking her about events from 2007-2008 that they believe would justify the conservatorship doesn't justify the financial mismanagement, self-dealing and spying apparatus he condoned. July is gonna be wild

I knew Jamie's team would bring her Instagram comments into the mix at some point. I said it months ago. 

I appreciate she's been silenced for SO long, but instagram really isn't the place to be when there's a very active, and messy, court case ongoing. Hopefully this current instagram hiatus lasts longer. If it doesn't, hopefully she comes back and just keeps it sweet and light with the odd cryptic post. 

On another note, is Jamie still denying the NY Times story about the listening device/bugging/mirroing? I keep going back to how the NY Times corroborated it and this tweet from Liz Day.  

Could the person they corroborated with sue Jamie? Now, THAT would be interesting!

A couple of weeks ago Rosengart filed his motion to compel Jamie to sit for his deposition. This response from Jamie's lawyer is *** for tat. 

It'll be heard next month and Pennywise will delay and delay.

He can't do anything about her social media posts: defamation? He had to prove they were false, burden of proof on him. I am sure he would love to go into a trial examining what was true and what wasn't, right? With evidence .. let him try
