NEW: Jamie Spears has filed a motion to compel Britney Spears' deposition

Jamie Spears continues to bully, humiliate and harass Britney. He filed a motion to compel Britney to sit for a deposition (despite Britney having to endure years of his abuse). Interestingly, Jamie has avoided Mathew Rosengart's requests to participate in a deposition of his own, which would address fiduciary mismanagement, secretly surveilling Britney in her home and more. 

Jamie says he'll agree to sit for a deposition, but only if Britney does. 

The court docs read: "Britney continues to make public social media posts containing incendiary allegations of various factual matters. Britney's knowledge and testimony regarding the allegations in her pleadings, the statements her lawyers have made on her behalf in public court filings, and the matters she has posted to social media concerning those same allegations and statements are fair, reasonable and appropriate topics for deposition."

Once again, Jamie is trying to control what his estranged daughter does, refuses to let her be free, and won't cooperate.

We know Colon isn't good with money considering he blew most of Britney's fortune and was living in an RV BEFORE the conservatorship ended. 

Him and Loucifer need to get a life, but they are definitely embarking on their revenge tour that started with Juno Lynn's book.

i definitely had to laugh at them now saying britney is competent to testify when they spent 13 years saying the opposite.

I honestly do not understand when this gentleman asks her to declare....... I mean, what does she have to declare? 
Maybe what they want is for her to testify first, then ridicule her and prepare her story. I can't think of anything else. This gentleman is being treated very respectfully without deserving it, the law should put their pants on and be just as fatal as they were with Britney in the beginning when they took away all her rights.

They're trying to publicly humiliate and defame Britney. You just know they're going to try to bring up personal matters from when Britney may have exhibited symptoms of mental illness, which in itself is a reflection on him as a conservator because as a loving father he should have helped Britney from the outset of the conservatorship and made sure she was equipped to go on with her life. Instead, he drugged her up, set her to work and reaped the rewards, depriving Britney of all of the rights and life experience she was entitled to. She was never meant to get out, they wanted her to make them money for the rest of her life. I believe Britney when she says they were trying to kill her - there was more money to be made via posthumous projects than from Britney alive and refusing to work.

This motion for deposition is nothing but a revenge mission because they're cut off from the big money and have been exposed for their abuse. They want to see her humiliated, to see her income dry up and to say "you did this to yourself". If they can't have the money and the lifestyle Britney earned, then nobody can. It is beyond deplorable that any parent would do this, or what Britney has endured at Jamie's hand for all of her life, to their own child. 

The only way Britney is going to be free of this scum is when he is dead and buried. Thankfully the man is several decades into a severe alcoholism problem so Britney may not have long to wait, with any luck.

Hoping the court throws this in the trash where it belongs.

- They're probably trying to fast track this because they know Britney is going to outline everything she has endured in her book, and they want to get in there first to try and discredit anything she says.

Just read this and he and his lawyer must prepare themselves because Rosengart is going to rip them to shreds 

His lawyer is forgetting that Britney worked with a bunch of people during the 13 years.. there’s no need for Britney to have proof. There is a lot of people who will come forward to testify AGAINST Jamie.
