Marisah damaged her voice by excessive live singing and high belts. And age as well.

Whitney did the same with combination of *****/alcohol and cigarettes.

Britneys voice is fine especially judging by rare live moments. 

And it's obvious she is pushing baby vocal fry when speaking for whatever reasons. Her voice sounds normal when she speaks normally

i quit smoking like half a year ago now.

tbh seeing this makes me want a cig, lol, but in terms of her smoking, she has to be ready to quit. if you’re not ready, you’re not going to stick with it. it was extremely hard for me and i still get cravings… took me a lot of attempts before i actually stopped. fingers crossed it stays that way!
