This will likely be low budget then. 

Mel Gibson hasn't been getting major roles like he did 25 years ago. The last movie of his I came across was 'Get The Gringo' and he had to finance that movie himself and use his own people who had helped him direct in the past.

Mel is proof that a lot of times people aren't 'cancelled' as much as the internet talks about that. He has deep connections in Hollywood that have helped keep him around, regardless that he's ruined himself to the point he can't ever be in major big budget films anymore.
