She's always been about girl power and body positivity - good on her doing what she wants after 9 years of relentless trolling. People forget she and the other girls in LM all auditioned as solo artists. Let her do what makes her happy, all four girls are amazing and their happiness and mental well being is most important.

She never said she was leaving the industry, she said she hated constantly being compared to the other girls and known as the ‘fat ugly one’ - your comments are absolutely disgusting.

Would you prefer her to still be upset depressed wanting to end her life again? Music is a form of therapy for people.

If they only knew Geri left for mental health reasons as well, she did say she was depressed, but unlike Jesy, the Spice girls including all of them said They had problems with Mel B, she would get extremely violent and just mean. All of these events seemed to happen when the girls was managing themselves..

 

It seems Simon fuller was able to keep whatever was brewing from tipping over. 

 

After he left, it seemed the past and Mel B the tyrant was in full swing, this would lead to Geri leaving, and the events of the end of the Spice girls.  

 

Always have a manager people.

Is Jesy about to become the new girl of Hip Hip/pop?! I hope she brings back her beatboxing!

 

Image-wise, the hip hop community seem to praise a woman of curves. So maybe that will take some pressure off her. The only thing I worry about that if she went full JT, in this day and age, she'll get called out for appropriation. Most of JT's early career would be called out today.
