At this juncture, Katy could go back to black hair and release a cover of Toxic and she would still flop. The damage is done.

As for this fan’s remark, I don’t find it that egregious. Artists should be able to receive criticism just as they receive praise. At least they’re being honest, even if it comes of a little hash? Hahaha

i don't know i still have a little tiny hope for her to see a little success again

Aside from the mediocre work she’s putting out IMO this era feels so unorganized and like an uninspired hot mess. Shes really just going through the motions but I feel theres no soul in it. Like what is Never Really Over, Small Talk, Harleys In Hawaii and Never Worn White about? Are they singles? Are they even on the album? Buzz singles? They haven’t had any sort of impact, so why continue forward with the project? Its obvious something isn’t clicking. This clown album is gonna be another flop for her. I wonder if its her label just pushing her to do something. 

If I were her I would have sit the rest of the quarantine out, had her baby, and go back to the drawing board. Then start fresh 2021. With a proper promo schedule and a different sound, because these songs haven’t been it.
