what is the actual meaning of the iconic line "It's Britney *****"

Does it mean like... It's me Britney Spears, you *****!
Or does it mean I'm Britney Spears, the *****! 

I had a talk with my friends about it and I always thought she's saying It's me Britney the ***** hahaha

So what is the truth?

You're wrong. she was with will.i.am in studio and he asked her to say the phrase: it's britney *****. they had a lot of fun that day. Get your facts straight

No actually "It's Britney, *****"

so the other person is the "*****".

It's like if you get a call from an unknown number and you're like "Who is this?" "It's Britney, *****." She's calling you a *****.

Grammatically, it should be: I am Britney Spears, the *****. Two nouns in a row work as one, but in context, it is more likely that she's addressing someone else. But who cares about grammar when letting out your inner ***** by listening to that iconic song.
