I've listened to the snippet a few times now -  and apart from hearing James, you only hear like this raspy other voice - like I can't really hear the 'main' toxic vocals from the single mix. It just doesn't seem to fit properly.

Plus, at least we know toxic is the first song - we know it takes brit a while to get comfortable and come outta her shell. 

I also feel like the 'underwear' joke was spliced a bit, it sounds like he asks her if the boys have seen her vegas show and goes on to ask how they react to it and seeing her in the costumes - then making the joke about the underwear.  I think the clip makes it sound blunter than it actually is - probably for ratings.

The trailer/teaser for Carpool is very clearly edited.  And yes, the audio from the album version of Toxic is used in the commercial,  But that doesn't mean much people are flipping over 2,5 second at least watch the freaking whole segment before meltdown lol
