  3. The Kelly Clarkson song ‘Low’ was apparently pitched to Britney in 2003 for In The Zone. Do you think it would’ve been a hit or a miss if she released it?
  4. The 49th Daytime Emmy Awards were handed out on Friday night, in a ceremony held at the Pasadena Civic Center in Pasadena, Calif., and hosted by Entertainment Tonight‘s Kevin Frazier and Nischelle Turner. ABC’s General Hospital led the soap opera pack with five total wins, including for Outstanding Daytime Drama and in both supporting actor categories. CBS’ The Young and the Restless followed with three total wins — including Mishael Morgan’s history-making one , as well as in Creative Arts categories awarded last week — while sister series The Bold and the Beautiful collected a pair of statuettes. On the talk show front, The Kelly Clarkson Show dominated with seven total wins, including for its eponymous host. See the full list: TVLine
  5. THE QUEEN IS BACK Y'ALL! Kelly Clarkson has finally released the highly anticipated album, Kellyoke inspired by the segment of the same name on her talk show. She covers artists such as Whitney Houston, Billie Eilish, the Weekend, and more! My faves are: Happier than Ever Queen of the NIght and Trampoline. Fake Plastic Trees is giving me such My December vibes. WE NEED ANOTHER KELLYOKE WITH 20 + SONGS! Rock n Roll Kelly is Kelly at her BEST. Thoughts y'all? Enjoy her voice:

  8. What's up, Exhale! Welcome to the second arrival in the Deep Cut Series. This time, introducing our soprano queen: Kelly Clarkson. The opening thread featured Ms. Gwenie Gwen Gwen: Kelly has released 7 studio albums, 2 Christmas ones, and a Greatest Hits compilation. This means that the hidden gems abound. It was really hard to come up with a top 5 as I did with Gwen. Therefore, I'll give a top 10 and will exclude any song from My December. Why? Because this masterpiece is a gem in its own right Do you agree? Which ones would you add? Good Goes the Bye Long Shot Don't Let me Stop You Gone I Hate Myself for Losing You Let Me Down Cry Move You Beautiful Disaster Honestly Honorable Mentions: If I Can't Have You Run Run Run (ft. John Legend) You Found Me
  9. Hey Exhale, Seeing the community reinvigorated inspired me to get back to creating threads every now and then. I know we have mostly concluded that the charts don’t mean anything anymore, but it’s still a metric of success for the majority. I’ll be sharing some songs besides the obvious ones I was shocked to find never reached #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 and curious to see which ones you agree with or think should’ve also topped the charts. This thread was inspired by my boyfriend and I talking about how Aaron Carter was that iconic that the majority of younger millennials/older Gen-Z grew up with him and knew who he was. We were shocked to find out that he never really had much success on the charts. Another person that comes to mind is Mandy Moore. She remains iconic, but I remember her being a dominant force in music and film growing up yet the same thing happened with her. The majority of the songs we remember from her never really charted well. It speaks volumes about how much more impactful artists were without social media and how much more mystery there was to them. Anyways this isn’t about Aaron Carter or Mandy Moore This list would’ve been all Britney songs, but that doesn’t make it interesting since we know she had a lot of songs that deserved to top the B100. 1. Oops!…I Did It Again - Britney Spears Peak: 9 Honorable mention: Toxic Peak: 9 2. Levitating - Dua Lipa Peak: 2 Honorable mention: Don’t Start Now Peak: 2 3. Dirrty - Christina Aguilera Peak: 48 Honorable mention: Beautiful Peak: 2 4. Thriller - Michael Jackson Peak: 4 Honorable mention: Smooth Criminal Peak: 7 5. Since U Been Gone - Kelly Clarkson Peak: 2 Honorable mention: Because of You Peak: 7 Do you agree? Add yours!
  10. Late 80s and 90s Talk show legend Sally Jessy Raphael who pioneered along with oprah, the tabloid talk show format, an episode of Sally is where Chilli of TLC found her birth father after he left her mother. But when asked about Todays talk shows, and Drew Barrymore and Kelly Clarkson specifically. She's not a fan, and she's definitely isn't a fan of the US Tradition. "If you can do one thing, You can do it all" She even throws shade at football players becoming commentators despite no journalism degree or any credentials. The comments have been condemned cos her era of Media is dying, and a personality is viewed more credible than a degree these days. @Slayer @Adriannn @Jordan Miller @MikeHunt
  11. I'm obsessed with Hilary Duff and her new show How I Met Your Father. It's fresh, funny and what TV and streaming needs right now. Hilary plays 30 year old Sophie who is navigating life in her early 30s in NYC with her posse of new friends. It's really lighthearted and there is a LOT of Pop references in the show (Britney, Xtina, Aaliyah, Avril Lavigne) Hilary was just a special guest on The Ellen DeGeneres Show The Kelly Clarkson Show and it was such a super cute interview. They talk motherhood and Hilary's new Hulu hit Show being renewed for season two ahead of the first season being fully released. Have you watched HIMYF? Thoughts? @Jordan Miller
  12. Kelly Clarkson is planning on releasing a new album this year, and hints at a covers album. I am bummed for Kelly cause her divorce is nasty, but selfishly I am fired up for this next record because angry Kelly tracks are my fav. Might have to stan this news on my next live stream.
  13. This interview made me think Sandra and Kelly should star in a new chick flick! They have great chemistry Kelly interviews Sandra Bullock about her new Netflix movie The Unforgiveable which is rumored to get Oscar noms. It's seriously a great movie!
  14. One of my all-time favorite Kelly tracks. I feel her pain in this all things considered.
  15. Kelly Clarkson has announced her new Christmas album titled “When Christmas Comes Around” featuring classic covers and new originals! The album will include duets with Ariana Grande, Brett Eldridge, and Chris Stapleton! See the track list below: She also released the brand new lead single from the album, a nod to her ex-husband, titled “Christmas Isn’t Canceled (Just You).” Check out the animated music video below!
