    I hate that JK decided to go out of her way, unprompted, during a pandemic and a worldwide civil rights movement, to try and say that trans women aren’t women? like what??????? you have a billion dollars??? and an enormous following? why would you choose to use your resources this way????? ANYWAY. Cancel culture is real. And it should be. Hold people accountable for their actions. If you don’t want to be cancelled, just don’t be a transphobic/racist/misogynistic/homophobic piece of ****. It’s really not that hard.

    I feel like the general public likes and sympathizes with Ariana more as a person than they ever did with Katy. Katy obvs broke records and had a massssssive streak with TD, most of which are forgettable, aside from a select few but, ET, TGIF, and Part of Me going #1 was unwarranted. Ariana also has, in my opinion, a stronger discography with stronger, more cohesive albums while the vast majority of Katy’s is pretty vague and radio friendly, which is why she had such a high peak in the first place, but at the same time, we never really got to know her outside her doc. I actually really appreciate Katy Perry and she doesn’t deserve to get swept under the rug. 365, Never Really Over, and Harleys in Hawaii are fantastic! I genuinely thought she was going to be one of the top names again last summer. I blame the general public for having poor taste.

    I am so so so excited and choosing to wait til midnight I have seen 0 people include Sour Candy in their favs on the album which I’m taking as a good sign because I don’t even mind it ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ If it’s the worst song on the album I would be thrillllled Also I highly recommend following @ChromaticaGov on twitter if you’re not already

    Slumber Party was.... fine, like at least we got a decent video, but there were so many bops on the album that would’ve charted better. Bonus Tracks were the best songs on the album IMO. Liar, Change Your Mind, IF IM DANCING Ugh I die. Also I never understood the love that Better is constantly getting. It’s my least fav on the album

    Flawless list OP! I would also say “My Kind” by Hilary Duff, one of the best pop songs of the decade. Also, Run Away With Me and New Romantic are both perfect but they also sound identical while Run Away With Me is constantly praised and no one gives a **** about New Romantics even though it came out prior? That always bothered me.

    Tbh this album has aged very well and Judas and Marry the Night are two of my fav of her videos Hard to pick a fav song, but top 3 are Judas, Edge of Glory, and Heavy Metal Lover
