I read that the reason it’s not at radio city anymore is because the show became too massive to produce and radio city is such a small venue but totally agree

My VMA Predictions:

Lady Gaga or Katy Perry will get the Video Vanguard Award

Ariana Grande will win a few awards and at some point cry and talk about how hard her life has been with the media, misogyny, and false narratives and she’s just so grateful aka play the sympathy card to distract from the home wrecker narrative because Wicked will be coming out soon after the awards

MTV will pander to Taylor and the swifties and give her Video of the Year again

MTV will try to make Tate McRae their new Britney by having her perform and “shock” the audience in some way

Beyonce will win Artist of the Year
