IDK at this point if i'm just crazy, but why is every photo of her in public or with friends extremelly blurry to the point it looks fake?

This is what bothers me the most is the LOW quality of every photo and video for the past few years.

like this photo looks like it was taken on a 10 year old phone lol wtf and why.

As a graphic designer, I strongly believe she was put on that photo, when her hand meets the other girl, gave it away for me. But why do that? And on that pic, she looks rough ngl.
