In the first video Britney was making Vicky uncomfortable. Vicky was acting cool about it, but still. Britney truly has no concept of boundaries. You shouldn’t be trying to tongue a friend like that. 
As for the second video, she shouldn’t be spreading her legs and showing her underwear like that!! She still has the strong British accent too. That personality has remained.
