She's lying.

She did have a nose job because her nose looks different and thinner than when she actually used to be famous as a teen.

Yeah here's a comparison pic of before and after I just found.

I don't get why she denies it when its so obvious.

Her original nose was good the way it was, her new nose makes her look like a witch.

It looks countored though. It might be due to makeup trickery.

I don't know alot about contouring tbh since I don't personally do it.

Isnt it basically like using makeup to make your nose look different?

Is it like putting foundation or concealer on your face or is it different with contouring?

The only thing is how can you tell if someone got a nose job or just contours their nose?

Her nose used to be lifted and the tip was a bit fuller

 

Then it looks like she got the tip refined and it made it slope down, no longer exposing her nostrils. And I guess her chin just kept growing. Reminds me of the scene in Oz the Great and Powerful where Theodora transforms into the wicked witch.
