Then it looks like she got the tip refined and it made it slope down, no longer exposing her nostrils. And I guess her chin just kept growing. Reminds me of the scene in Oz the Great and Powerful where Theodora transforms into the wicked witch. 

 

 

 

Man this just proves that bad plastic surgery can age you.

Like for example:

Lindsay Lohan still looked like herself even when she did d.r.ugs but it wasn't until she got plastic surgery that she looked much older.

Now she looks middle age when she's only 37!

Her nose on the left was more rounded on the sides of the nostrils while in the right pic,

its more narrow.

Her nose looks thinner on the right while the left looks more bigger.

That's a huge downgrade, I think she probably did too much coke and it destroyed her nose so they had to reconstruct it
