Britney should have been placed in a mental health (LPS) conservatorship if they planned for her to get better and for it to eventually end.
Britney instead was placed in a probate conservatorship which is never ending and intended for taking care of the finances.

A probate conservatorship can be initiated by virtually any responsible adult, whereas an LPS conservatorship can only be initiated by the psychiatrist of an adult with serious mental illness or another grave disability through the office of the Public Guardian.

It's crazy there was conflict of interest from the outset with Jamie's unrepaid loan from TriStar.

Did he just offer his daughter's entire life in exchange for a 40k repayment.... And then the "arrangement" between Lou and Jamie was born.....

The level of depravity from that 'man' truly makes me sick to my stomach.

Yeah I agree he is proving a point. She shouldn't have been put in one in the first place but let's pretend that she did if their intention was to help her her get better then they should have put her in a different kind and they didn't so their intent was that she was to never get out of it.

Her father pretends that Britney needed help because of her mental state. He pretends that he saved her life. If you want to force a loved one to get psychiatric help, you can do a temporary LPS until they get better with treatment. 

Her father asked to put her in a probate conservatorship for people who cannot be helped anymore because of brain damage, Alzheimer's etc. The judge said she had a medical assessment to do it. That medical assessment is missing from the court documents. 

The primary purpose of a probate conservatorship is NOT to treat an incapacitated patient until they become better but the management of their finances to ensure that they are well taken care of until they die.

There were people scheming and planning this because they wanted her to be their atm .. I can't wait for them to be exposed and accountable they know who they are and they belong in hellll
