I WAS around in 2007 so I can imagine the frustration, but she is WAY too bitter… “it’s Britney so she just gets away with it”?  It’s not like that part went viral and the entire world made fun of this girl’s dancing, where’s all that bitterness coming from 15 years later?

Right?!? Like girl you got paid to do the Hokey Pokey and toss your hair around. And admittedly the video kinda sucks, but it is part of pop culture history bc it won video of the year at the VMAs. So why r u so upset? It’s not like your time is so valuable that those few hours of waiting around on set really put you out.

Honestly I felt like it made it look more like girls just messing around at a club, I liked that it seemed more off the cuff. It’s what the scene called for.

the thing with her hair going up and down clearly traumatized many people because EVERYONE that worked on the video seemed to hate that lmaooo props to the director AND to Britney because that is honestly one of my favorite parts, I love the messy bun then long hair shots.

also: someone here once made a thread called things you hate the most about britneys videos and one of the options of the poll was: the piece of me m*** heads 💀 and I swear I still laugh about it till this day because I had NEVER noticed before that, I never pay any attention to the dancers at all honestly. So these girls are pretty iconic to me she should be thankful

This was 2007-2008. We all know those years were terrible for Britney. Yeah it was probably a mess shooting but Britney was going through a lot. But this chick can’t seem to let it go 🤷🏻‍♂️

And she took the opportunity to take several shots at Britney. I vaguely remember this gal shading Britney numerous times over the years. Anyone know the story there?

I get her frustration bc Britney fans often make up very delusional stories to excuse Britney’s shortcomings/laziness. But she didn’t need to be shady and tout “professional dancers know this” while bad mouthing a fellow artist (very unprofessional).

I don’t think she is shading Britney as much as she is trying to defend herself from the girl who was saying they weren’t professional dancers. 

It must suck to be a professional, see yourself in a messy work environment, still do your best and when the results comes out mediocre, you got blame for it. And we still have to think about the negative impact on theirs careers.

There was no negative impact. Britney gave them their “big break” bc she probably just liked hanging out with them. Britney could have blackballed that chick after the “shaved heads” comment she made, but she didn’t.

There had to be some kind of fight between Criscilla and Britney. She was shading Britney, period. You don’t call your former boss a mess and that they take no accountability for their actions bc you’re just so endeared by them.

Does it matter? They were being paid not volunteer work. We who work all have crap thrown at us last minute. Move on. Glad we got more back story in this. There were double body rumors during this so now I know it was all Britney not a double

How is calling someone a mess not shade  someone who was indirectly paying you. Not saying Britney wasn’t in the wrong, but her little comments about Britney “doing whatever it was she was doing” in the dance scene was shade, beloved. Get a clue.
