Britney could pay child support FOR LIFE according to Hawaii law

Just because he moves to Hawaii doesn't meant the entire custody arrangement and child support changes to Hawaiis rules. The ruling from California stays in effect and goes by those terms unless he opens a new case in Hawaii.

Knowing how they do what daddy wants, it wouldn't surprise me if he puts one into college and cause harm to actually make one of them, dependent on others.

no wonder they were quick with the Tmz story of kfed’s wife having a “new job” in Hawaii. To deflect the public’s attention to their real plan which is to move to Hawaii so they could continue child support for those two kfed mini mes!

What is the law in California though? The law in Hawaii is irrelevant, unless Kevin and the boys live in Hawaii... It seems like you're just trying to stir up drama over something that is a stretch?

But if he does apply to change jurisdiction, after living there for a while, what are the odds he’ll succeed?

It’s clear Kevin is trying to get Child Support until 23. The boys 100% are not special needs, so they won’t be getting it for life. Although, I wouldn’t be surprised in 5 years of the boys started reaching out to Britney again and moved back to California where the money is.

I believe all of this would need to be sanctioned by both the California and Hawaii Court, no? 

It's clear neither Sean or Jayden has any sort of special needs. So only corruption would allow for this to be granted. Of course the case is different if they actually develop something.

So Kfed has actually found a loophole that could have Britney pay forever. If you read the above the paying parent can pay child support even beyond the age of 23 if the children require care and funds. Which means he can always re apply and have the payments going as long as the children are studying or are unemployed or other reasons such as care. 

This is why his lawyer came out and said "Britney should be smart to accept this". They're trying to push her to just accept without thinking everything through. Her kids not seeing her for a year could have been a plan all along as well. Why else would they stop seeing her so suddenly once the Conservatorship was over? 

I really hope Britney can object to this and fight it in court. Rosengart is smart. But I hope he makes the right decision and not have Britney hooked for life or for more years in court systems.
