Theres a few reasons

1) It's a cover from an older song, by Bobbi Brown - so by not being an original it already has less power.

2) Kevin Federline is in the video....do I have to add anything else to this one?

3) It's never been performed live, or promoted properly as a single.

I agree. Amazing song. And while the concept of the video is nothing spectacular, she looks in incredible and is oozing s** vibes.

Probably one of my favorite songs/videos from her. But yeah K Fed ruined the video for a moment, even at the time, I never liked him 

Creepy to think that she sings this song with these lyrics in 2006, and in 2008 she's in a conservatorship stripped of human rights.

In my opinion, this is one of the lushest and smoothest productions she has ever sang on; everything from the vocals to the beat is extremely lush, progressive, distinctive, and unlike anything else in the mainstream music landscape at the time it was released, in my opinion. Go find a 2004 song that sounds as fututistic as this, it's very hard. 

 

I also really like the vocal editing on this, Bloodshy & Avant always know how to make processed vocals without sounding corny or cheap like the will.i.am songs. Their productions have always treaded the line between progressive and tasteful.

This was released in 2004 but really kinda sounds like it inspired those Timbaland production for Justin Timberlake in 2006-2007

The music video intro with that car falling into the pool is one of her best video moments too. 

it's a shame we never got a televised performance of this song

always loved it and never got why it was a bit under the radar. although it was no.3 in germany

Hmm I'm not a very big fan of her voice tone she uses in this song to sing it, sorry not sorry 

 

The video is great though, but K-Mess is in it so I never watch it. I feel something similar with Criminal 

 

I think B's version is WAY too different from Bobby Brown's original song so perhaps that's why it didn't click with GP, I don't know. I think if she ever decides to perform it live, it might find a second chance

It is not underrated among the fanbase.

And among the GP.. Well, the song is a cover and it was released just before Britney's hiatus so it's understandable it didn't get that much attention. I wish it did, though. It's her best cover and the visuals are stunning.
