This makes me sad. From what I remember, Shakira said she wasn't in Spain long enough to owe taxes but the gov used paparazzi pics against her (all alleged but I may be wrong). Very much like Britney's case.

What I said to double check if someone didn’t post first to not have duplicate post about the same thing. I hardly think Shakira will face time in jail, she’s probably will accept a deal and pay some fines.
