The show won’t fire her because she plays one of the main characters in the books. They also won’t fire her because for the season 1/season 2 debut it was Netflix’s #1 show and was in Netflix’s top 10 for a considerable amount of time.

If Jamie Lynn had given any money to produce the show without permission, that would have already been questioned within the court documents like we have been seeing.
