Pardon my ignorance, but i've never heard of "private judging". Is that just a California thing? I didn't think you could practice, like Reva goetz, once you "retire". and how do we know Reva Goetz is doing private judging now?

That wording is the vernacular these people are using, which is prob Cali specific. They are talking about arbitration/mediation. it seems private judging is to arbitration/mediation as conservatorship is to guardianship.

No no…not yet. This is bigger than robocalls. We have to let these family court investigators do their work because family court is AT THE HEART of the conservatorship of Britney. They were only able to manipulate B by controlling access to her children. 

There are sooo many normal people being ruined by this family court sham. I have a feeling that this is going to be the new heart of the FreeDBritney movement.  Britney is just one victim amongst many. 

Our queen is always thinking about the bigger picture. We have to follow her example.

“The looming threat of him (Kevin) filing for full custody of the children that was going to be the carrot that got held in front of Britney to encourage coerce her which I had been told by every —  professionals involved that nobody does voluntarily or very few do voluntarily” 

This seals the deal. For weeks they planned to force Britney into rehab to take control.. using her children as pawns against her to make her compliant. 
 

Its on record. Every single one of them is complicit and as Britney said, needs to be in jail.  

I am so angry for Brit just reading that, I cannot imagine how she feels. 
It reminds me of being a child when my mom would get me in the car. Tell me we are going to Kmart to buy a new toy, only to wake up and find out we’re at the doctors for my annual shots. 
I felt so duped! Although I did get a toy after, I still was tricked into first doing something I didn’t want to do. 
Obviously that’s not fair comparison to Brits situation but still.

That Las Vegas contract is so disturbing. Is that typical language:  "Artistco shall cause the Artist" to be on stage etc...it can't be. I've read that the casino made the conservatorship a requirement for the contract, but that never seemed right, either. Was that Jamie et al's interpretation to explain why the contract gives them responsibility for Britney's performance? The document was sent to three parties, and you'd think at least one lawyer would have raised questions about it. Although I guess the casino saw their risk as covered.

I wonder if anyone is writing a book. I'd love to see all this set out in a format I'm used to Twitter is exhausting.

Saw the tweets and was hoping to find a thread here, this looks very promising. Britney’s story isn’t fully told yet and I hope these two expose the evil of these family courts. Unfortunately most of it goes over my non-lawyer head lol, I hope they eventually write an investigative article outlining everything, K-Fed, MVK, Bryan and Larry are all getting away WAY too easily.

I found that statement questionable as well.

The entire reason that Britney would agree to a "voluntary" conservatorship would be to have access to her sons via the private visitation agreement brokered between Jamie and Kevin.

We know that the boys were able to travel with her on the Circus tour, and we've seen candids of her over the years at soccer games, and with them in Vegas...She clearly did have a relationship with them.

Was it heavily monitored? Yes...But it was still a relationship.

I think we need to be careful of over-dramatic statements made by people who aren't actual Britney fans...We saw the same thing happen with people like Lisa McCarley and TSW. Their knowledge of the California probate code or the financial laws may be spot on, but their knowledge of Britney's daily life is missing.

I mentioned before that it may very well have been Wasser’s suggestion that Britney meet with Blair Berk (she certainly would be in the know), as Wasser and Berk are friends and have been pictured at events together as well as being pictured dining out together.

As for this chumminess evident in Larry’s transcript. What I’m about to say could be taken as controversial. But I’m merely pointing out that Laura Wasser, Larry Rudolph, and Blair Berk are all high profile (Hollywood) Jews. Sam Lufti is Jewish too. Kaplan I don’t know.

Why do you think Wasser would have participated in the intervention?

My guess is that she thought it would have prevented Kevin from filing for sole custody...At that particular point in time.

Nobody would have seen a conservatorship coming in February of 2007...I'm sure it never would have occurred to Laura Wasser that the stint in rehab may have been a setup for something even larger.

I wish I had more time over the past six months to really dig into this stuff and contribute more...Right now it feels like I'm just rehashing old stories instead of actually making any headway.

I decided to apply to take my Ph.D. so I've been busy focusing on wrapping up old projects to put in my portfolio and with writing up my research proposal...But at this point it feels like I could write my entire dissertation on Britney!

I'm thinking that's one area where they're going to nail Jamie and Lou.

Jamie formed a new LLC that was responsible for delivering Britney onto the stage...He was the President of Atara Tours (aka "Artistco") and Andrew Wallet was the Treasurer.

If you look at the dates...

Once Britney backed out of Domination, it's quite possible that Atara Tours would have been on the hook for the financial damages.

While Britney was in the mental health facility, they removed Jamie as President...And they named Britney as the President!

Andrew Wallet resigned one month earlier...I think he saw the writing on the wall and got out before he was legally implicated.

Key dates:

Mar. 4, 2019 - Lawyer Andrew Wallet resigns as co-conservator of Britney's estate.

Apr. 3, 2019 - TMZ reports that Britney checked herself into a mental health facility a week earlier to help her cope with her father's illness.

Apr. 3, 2019 - Atara Tours undergoes a name change; Britney is named President, replacing James P. Spears. None of the other LLC's are changed.

Apr. 16, 2019 - A recording is leaked by the Britney's Gram podcast in which a paralegal claims that Britney was forced into a mental health facility against her will after refusing to take her medication during Domination rehearsals.

Threat — a) If you don't check into rehab then, b) Kevin will file for sole custody and you won't see your boys.

Threat — a) If you don't commit to a "voluntary" conservatorship then, b) There will be no visitation arrangement and you won't see your boys.

Threat — a) If you don't perform Domination then, b) You will be sent to a mental health facility over Christmas and you won't see your boys.

So...

What I'm searching for right now is...

When was the first time they connected a threat with the "hybrid business model"?

Who might have this key piece of information?
