I'm thinking that's one area where they're going to nail Jamie and Lou.

Jamie formed a new LLC that was responsible for delivering Britney onto the stage...He was the President of Atara Tours (aka "Artistco") and Andrew Wallet was the Treasurer.

If you look at the dates...

Once Britney backed out of Domination, it's quite possible that Atara Tours would have been on the hook for the financial damages.

While Britney was in the mental health facility, they removed Jamie as President...And they named Britney as the President!

Andrew Wallet resigned one month earlier...I think he saw the writing on the wall and got out before he was legally implicated.

Key dates:

Mar. 4, 2019 - Lawyer Andrew Wallet resigns as co-conservator of Britney's estate.

Apr. 3, 2019 - TMZ reports that Britney checked herself into a mental health facility a week earlier to help her cope with her father's illness.

Apr. 3, 2019 - Atara Tours undergoes a name change; Britney is named President, replacing James P. Spears. None of the other LLC's are changed.

Apr. 16, 2019 - A recording is leaked by the Britney's Gram podcast in which a paralegal claims that Britney was forced into a mental health facility against her will after refusing to take her medication during Domination rehearsals.

Do you think the state of Nevada or the casino could be implicated? The wording seems to virtually invite coercive tactics by the management of the artist at the center of it, by holding them responsible for her performance. Even child performers have some legal protection from being exploited (though I realize monitoring is another story). It's hard to believe it didn't raise some eyebrows of any of the lawyers involved.

Oh, I know my feelings towards Ingham aren't popular on here!

But he did get a few good legal jabs in at Jamie leading up to Britney's June testimony, as well as advocate for her going back as far as 2012...And that's what we've seen from the documents that have been leaked so far.

The problem with Ingham is that he broke laws while helping to create the temporary conservatorship in 2008...And from that moment onwards, the rest of Team CON had something they could hold over his head.

He couldn't do much, even if he wanted to...So he just kept on collecting those paycheques, while doing the bare minimum. If that.

I agree about Ingham. He's a conflicted character. He did some things that started to shift things for Britney, such as demanding more public access to court records, and challenging a lot of expenses. That's when the media started to pay more attention. Jamie seems to have punished him by withholding his payments. Maybe it was Lynn's lawyers pushing him, which they seemed to suggest. But he seems mostly someone who felt he was in way over his head to me. Like he'd worked in the probate system for most of his career and never really questioned it, or seen it abused to this extent. I wonder if he was genuinely scared for her, if he was  convinced that the situation couldn't be changed, and he knew she'd be punished if she spoke up.

I'd bet he started challenging the status quo of the conservatorship because at some point (perhaps after Britney's strike and forced stay at that facility?) he knew he had to distance himself from the whole traficking scheme and save face. I'm grateful for that, maybe he didn't do it for the right reasons but he did help start the beginning of the end for Jamie.

As you say, he's worked the system for a long time and has played along with it...but never in a case as big as this that could blow up in his face.
