Their hands were on a wood table that looks very similar to the tables that are in a lot of private jets and have been in other pics when Brit posts a pic on the jet.

I didn't say it was taken today. 

I was simply making a point that the surroundings of Sam's earlier stories don't look familiar therefore it wouldn't be too surprising if they were away somewhere.
