The posts are from different days. You can tell the difference by Britney’s nails. While flying the plane her nails are painted fully red, while in the picture holding the rose with Sam, only the tips are painted red (I remember seeing those nails when she got engaged before she deactivated her Instagram)

Yeah I find it odd she would be flying a plane right now. I’d guess it’s from a different day. 
I’m sure she would’ve been busy listening in to the court room and communicating with Rose today.
