Yup, Sam definitely works for team Con, no doubt about it. Interestingly, in 2019, when Sam reappeared once again, just as freebritney movement was only gaining momentum, he tried to persuade Lynne to replace James, and not to end Cship. This fact alone is enough to understand for whose team he is playing.

This is an excellent video. She explains due process very well. 

I could never figure out how Ingham was able to determine capacity seeing as he wasn't a doctor...It's because he broke the law.

I wonder what caused him to do an about-face in 2019 and begin working for Britney instead of James?  

Either way, he's in a real pickle now, isn't he? 

That being said...

That doesn't change my opinion that the conservatorship should only have been temporary.

I'm not saying that Britney shouldn't have received due process and been able to choose her own lawyer...she absolutely should have.

I'm saying that she was rejecting any kind of help being offered to her (e.g. she spent a full year firing assistants, bodyguards, lawyers, managers, and absolutely anyone else who tried to give her advice)...All that remained was Sam Lutfi, who was drugging her, isolating her from others (e.g. Adnan), and had already talked her into a multi-million dollar management contract.

There needed to be a legal mechanism to separate the two of them and attempt to stabilize her so she could receive assistance.

Perhaps she would have accepted Supported Decision Making once they used, e.g. a restraining order against Lutfi first, and the intervention occurred after...But it's hard to believe she would have if she wouldn't accept help from all of the other people she had fired throughout 2007.

RIGHT?!

Interestingly, Lynne went straight for a restraining order against him...That tells me that Lynne and Team CON are not on the same team right now, as much as some parts of the fanbase want to believe.

It also tells me that Lynne and Jamie are interchangeable in the eyes of either Lou or MVK...They don't care who is charge, as long as it isn't Britney.

So...

I've been trying to convince people that Lutfi works for Team CON since all of this happened...I was glued to my computer, hitting refresh on the X17 and JFXOnline sites, and watching it all unfold in real time back in 2007 and 2008, in the same way the fanbase is watching it unfold in real time now.

That's why I can remember things like, "There's a photo of Nadel sitting on a park bench." Certain events have always stuck out in my mind, and Nadel's appearance on the scene was one of them.

I've always thought that this information — that Lutfi works for them — could be used to help Britney somehow. 

I'm just not sure how.
