On this day, 9 years ago, Britney performed on Good Morning America in San Francisco... but it's not the performance we're going to celebrate today, it's the announcement.

Lasting 23 seconds, it features Britney talking in an unusually deep voice announcing her performance. When I describe it, it doesn't sound that special or funny, but... just watch it, enjoy it and celebrate the anniversary.
