Britney has just come off her biggest radio era which contributes to how much exposure the song got. Plus, as usual, Britney made it better.

Except it's the other way round. Pretty sure Tulisa recorded her version first, I mean it was meant to be on her album but they removed it from the tracklist because will.i.am took it and released it instead.

Apparently her vocals were still present in S&S, which I can see tbh because she does sound similar to Britney's parts in S&S (if that makes sense).
