as for everything else, I’ve learned a lot from this thread. The conservstorship makes sense financially especially with her state in 04-07, although I still don’t see it’s need financially-speaking in present day, but that’s not for me to say. 

The purpose was so they can fund the video. She’s been doing it and so have other artists, it’s normal. They flash the product for a few seconds and that helps covers the video budget or at least a portion of it.
