That list is not super accurate... I mean, only 2 Mylene Farmer videos? "The Farmer Project" looks like it cost at least 3 mln $, and she had many others just as expensive. Where are the Russian oligarch-sponsored ******* with their super expensive music videos? Some of them were better productions than what US has offered so far.

I mean its really a matter of how you look at it, Toxic and Oops cost a-lot of money because back in 2003/1998, the CGI and editing of that standard for the time would have been stupidly expensive and considered quite new. Compare the graphics and editing to No Tears Left To Cry which cost less to produce than Toxic.

The Music videos with cgi would be most expensive. So Toxic would obviously top that list with all the green screen work and effects. Same with Work ***** in many of it's scenes.
