Ok, I checked with my Target friend. I have no idea how that lucky ******* got that early, but the release date is November 2nd. It’ll be available in stores only.

Of course this is a collectors item and nostalgia and I want one! 

I hope the uk gets them at some point.

Vinyls, I can understand: it has a warmer sound and you have the cover in a bigger size, which is nice.

But cassettes? The sound is shitty and they die extremely fast.

(And I guess they will sell them at a price of a new CD).

Walmart does actually still sell cassette players. If anyone is interested, I saw them there recently.

I also saw cassette player recently, not in walmart, but haven't seen any cassettes in shops
