I can and I do. It looks like the production of a newcomer. it also looked like they ran out of money for a choreographer so Britney just started improvising and is awful at it. + they also had no money for costumes and styling.

Oh i guess you missed the part where I stated "imo". But I guess your opinion = fact. 

IN MY OPINION comparing anything post 2008 to Primeney (leaving out the original Mannequin choreo) is delusional

I honestly don't think the choreo or the choreographer matters. I think Britney just doesn't care. They try to push and get her to rehearse but she won't. That's my opinion.
