Really? 

I realize even with the shorter styles, there's still extensions mixed in with the real hair. And I know when Britney shaved her head, it seemed like she ran out and got extensions as soon as she could. I know that can't be healthy for hair in the long run. I guess I just assumed that her real hair's on the thin side but it was enough to cover her head and maybe come down to her chin.
