You make a point. There was pop music before BOMT and pop music after it. Oops also really set the tone for what 2000s bubblegum pop should sound and be as. It was the perfect way to kick off the new millennium. Not to mention, the insane production value on Oops really influenced pop producers at the time to further perfect their craft. I get what you’re saying.

Love OIDA and BOMT. I just didn’t include them because it’s darn plain obvious that those songs are 11/10 masterpieces! Love all of those you mentioned too.
