Tate’s not bad from what I’ve seen, but mostly what she’s proven to me is how awful at performing and dancing the other “newer” pop girls (like Selena, Dua Flopa etc) have been. She’s not quite up there with peak Britney.

With all these threads about this TikTok girl YOU GUYS are making me dislike her. I was pretty much indifferent to her, but now since Exhell has been flooded with this chick (even by a mod surprise surprise) I can't stand her. She doesn't look like Britney, she doesn't dance lik her, she doesn't SING like her. Nothing about her screams Britney. Just because she's a white young woman who shaked her hips doesn't make her the new Britney or anything similiar. 

 

No one called Billie, Dua and the other pop girls "the next X" or "she is like X", they had their own style and are successful at it. You guys need to leave Tate alone and let her do own thing. Stop posting about her in the BRITNEY SECTION just because she dances... get real.

RCA is definitely trying to profit with a new pop singer who can do what Britney has done and achieved. Tate is also on RCA and she was recently working with Max Martin.

So you can kinda see what those executives are trying to do.

Tate has good songs and cool dance moves, btw.

Her dancing is familiar to some oops era choreo, but I wouldn’t say it has the same effect. It’s a different vibe and I think it’s cool that Tate is also her own artist as opposed to a carbon copy.

Kind of off topic and I hate to be that person but... is anyone else tired of that bored/aloof/drugged facial expression celebrities  have been putting on when performing or posing for photoshoots in recent years? 
 

I mean, it's not like everyone needs to be smiling all the time, but it's nice to see someone performing and looking like they actually want to be there
