I think she is talking about how people that attended her wedding were saying that her wedding was not a perfect ceremony. Like most weddings do. So she called it a Birthday party. I think she searched for her wedding online to see what people were saying about it and found that.

Unless she actually did put wedding flowers on her head then danced around and it’s not an optical illusion? Maybe she ate all the cake and that’s why Britney’s mad at her? Or maybe Madonna fell into the cake on one of her falls Britney mentioned and that’s why Britney thought there was no wedding cake there?!

I mean, I think it's pretty obvious that Britney does have some type of distortion with reality. Like, literally no one thinks her IG posts reflect a perfect life, nor have anyone said that her wedding was a birthday party.  

In the healthiest possibility I would say she's just "trolling". But sometimes these constant random rants on social media make no sense.
