Me, not really, it wasn't an impact for me. But I loved the performances, especially the trl times square performance where you can hear some of her live live vocals.

I was OBSESSED. Unfortunately, the radio wasn’t really playing it and I didn’t have internet back in the day so I only heard it once or twice on the radio/mtv (I videotaped her Jay Leno/SNL performances and watched them over and over) until I was able to get a copy of ITZ for Christmas. 
 

I was obsessed with it though. I was eventually able to snag a copy of the single in summer 2004 with some awesome remixes on it too. Very underrated song.

The video is Flaw Free but I admit, the song took a while to grow on me. I still tend to rank it at the bottom of her lead singles. I just don’t think Britney and Madonna’s vocals mesh well together.

The AMA remix and performance is one of Britney's best award show performances ever! The song is okay though, nothing fancy. The video is iconic. 

Felt that the VMA kiss in Summer 2003 was bigger and eventually overshadowed the actual collab between the two.

It's weird to me that one of the songwriters is Tricky who also co-wrote and co-produced Obbsessed for Mariah, Umbrella for Rihanna, and Single Ladies for Beyonce lol.

It wasn't really my fave at first, but it has BRITNEY & MADONNA on it, so we all knew that we had to stan it no matter what.

I still bop to it to this day.

When I heard it on the NFL show I was like  Then the official version came out with Madonna and it kinda grew on me, I liked the choreo and MV the most. I think that was the first full choreo I learned quickly from her by just watching the MV. The live version at the AMAs was great.

Yes and yes. I remember watching the MTV exclusive when she was in the studio and hearing a sample of the song(s) and I followed every step of this era. I watched Making The Music Video. I try and try to get her rap part down and almost did a few years back but I be slippin! I love it. It’s one of my absolute favorite songs.

The first time I heard it was the NFL Kick-Off Live version so it sounded a little weird but I thought it was different and I was just excited for new Britney music. Def thought it was departure from her other stuff which was exciting.

I didn't like it or anything in ITZ back in the day. Now I love ITZ. It's truly ahead of its time. Back then I mustve hated it because I thought it didnt sound like the usual Britney.

I honestly loved it instantly. i was 12 at the time and loved how dancey and funky it was, and i still love MATM to this day, still sounds fresh 20 years later and i instantly loved In The Zone. ive said it on here before ITZ is by far Britneys best album
