Mathew Rosengart files a motion for sanctions of $20,000 against Jamie Spears and wants him held in contempt of court for trying to unseal Britney's medical records

As seen in these newly-filed court docs obtained by BreatheHeavy, Mathew Rosengart just filed a motion against Jamie Spears and his legal team for sanctions of $20,000 and wants them found in contempt for intentionally trying to disclose Britney's private medical records to further embarrass and intimidate her. 

Rosengart says doing so 1) violates Britney’s constitutional and common law privacy rights by disclosing her private medical records and 2) abuses the discovery process, calling it “bad faith litigation tactics.” He also says Jamie's filing was a needless expense and a move to "vindicate himself."

The judge admonished Jamie for trying to unseal Britney's medical records, saying: “As these documents have already been sealed by previous court orders, it is highly inappropriate and contrary to the court orders for Mr. Spears to offer these documents in support” of his motion.

Rosengart also wants the judge to order Jamie to sit for another deposition because Jamie's attorneys wrongly advised him not to answer questions. 

“Only a small fraction of his actual communications, text messages were produced in such a disjointed manner that it made it impossible to discern the context of any given text or even what was being discussed, as the messages were not grouped together by conversation or even produced chronologically as required.”

Britney recently opened up about her father's control and the conservatorship. "I really felt like my dad was trying to kill me,” she said. “And I hope he burns in f–king hell.” #JusticeForBritney

I feel like this is going to drag on for years and years. It seems to be going very slowly with not a lot of progress being made. Is there any way to get this to a higher court or a better judge? Penny has been pretty useless until just recently, and she has a tendency to drag things out unnecessarily.

Deterrence. You think that lawyer of his isn't trying to think of different ways to punish Britney? Anyway, it runs up her legal expenses, so he should be facing financial penalties.

This. I know it takes a while and it’s a process but like let’s get it moving please? What is he doing. Hit them all with serious law suits already. The evidence is clearly there

On his last filling he explains that jamie should pay for Britney’s  fees for spending time working on making sure that those records are sealed !

i REALLY hope jamie gets held in contempt! no way he'll be able to afford the 20k, so i really believe it's britney's best chance of seeing jamie in jail.
