Who are the Maloofs? I didn't know they were real people, I just thought Kevin name-dropped them in his rap in "Crazy" by accident while meaning to namedrop the Madoffs.

The Maloofs are a rich family dynasty. The Maloofs own or owned the basketball team Sacramento Kings, and the Maloof family used to own 85% of the Palms hotel & casino in Las Vegas. Now the family’s ownership stake has fallen to 2%.

Jamie Spears worked as the Maloof’s personal chef before the CON began.

Adrienne Maloof was in Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

Why would they want a private investigator as a production manager?

He's not a private investigator.

He's not like Anthony Pellicano or John Nazarian...He doesn't have detective skills.

If anything, he's a quasi-**** counsellor/life coach, who has picked up his skills working on B-movie sets.

Lutfi is likely claiming that Lou M. Taylor wrecked his life because she destroyed the actual career he was aiming for.

Sam Lutfi wanted to be like me...He wanted to be a filmmaker.

What do filmmakers do?

They tell stories.

So...

What do you do if want to create the greatest reality show of all time?

But you don't have a deal with a broadcaster?

And instead you want the footage to end up in family court, in the hands of Mark Vincent Kaplan?

You hire someone with skills that include film production management.

You hire someone who is willing to play dirty in order to make his big break.

You hire someone like Sam Lutfi.

I always felt that there's no way all those paparazzi are making that much money getting shots of her. Why do we always see the same angles? I haven't looked close enough to prove it, but once I started looking into this… It seemed like people were just paid to stalk her but it wasn't MAINLY about the photos

In the film business, they're what we call "extras" or "background."

NO.

This is the moment I started hating Larry. This was his show and he chose those particular clips to include of B?

I had no idea it was a partnership with the Maloofs.

Oh, yes!  This was part of a big push for luxury beauty services in the casinos.

I started this doc in July with a few things i found.

And his instagram right now shows he's still trying to make that happen by schmoozing with young Hollywood talent and ingratiating (more like latching on) himself in their lives.  What is his role? "Manager"? "Chaperone"? Hard to say.

The third week of May in 2007.

Is that really the correct year?

I'd like to know...

Who invited Britney to Sunset Tan that day?

She had already fired Larry Rudolph by April 2007...So how did they get her on set for the filming of Larry's reality show a month later?

This particular footage was absolutely what made me hate Larry Rudolph when I saw it broadcast at the time on Entertainment Tonight.

Why?

Britney was a Grammy winner at this point.

Why. The. ****. was her manager allowing footage of her, in need of a pedicure, visiting some low-rent reality TV show, to be broadcast on Entertainment Tonight?

It's one thing for a private moment to be caught by the paparazzi...It's another for it to be captured for a low-rent reality show like Sunset Tan and then promo'd on Entertainment Tonight.

This was beneath her...Far beneath her. And it was part of the slow unravelling of her image and the respect she deserved within pop culture.

I'm not a fan of reality television.

I have never once watched Keeping Up with the Kardashians.

I'm going to absolutely scream if I find out the show was created by Maloof Productions.

:slayde_meme_red_glam_neyde_neydeney_britney:

Nope.

It's a Ryan Seacrest production.

@Mx_Defying You're going to have to spoon feed me how the Kardashians are relevant to this story.

Does it come after the CON was created...Because their business manager is Lou M. Taylor?

So, here's the difference between a college program and a PhD...

In film school, I learned technical skills like directing, producing, production management and production design...All very "hands on" skills.

With my PhD, I'm learning a different kind of skill...I'm learning how to engage in theory.

Theory explains "why we do the things we do."

I'm taking a course called Visual Culture, and am presenting in a couple of weeks on "the traumatic image." I have to do a couple of readings, and stitch together the theory that is contained in the readings, a.k.a. explain how the ideas of two different authors can help us to understand why we do the things we do. We can use examples, so I was going to use the images that came from 2007, and try to use the ideas in the readings to explain why Britney might hate the NY Times or Netflix documentaries (as she has stated in her Instagram posts).

Well...

I began thinking about who was responsible for these traumatic images.

We know Sam Lutfi called the paps on the night of Jan. 30, 2007. We know he was working with the LAPD's Smart Team that focused on dangerous drivers. We know that he was out for lunch with Britney and Lynne on the day they rented a new Mercedes (I'm pretty sure I've seen the pictures from when Lutfi accompanied them to the dealership). We know he was crushing Britney's prescription meds and putting them in her food at the same time that she was operating a brand new high-powered motor vehicle.

We know these traumatic images, and those captured throughout 2007, were used in family court. Earlier in 2007, the Baldheaded Peckerhead admitted right on camera that all he had to do was sit back and wait for the footage to come to him.

And we know these traumatic images were used to justify the CON.

So...

How did these traumatic images come into existence?

It's almost like someone with a background in producing or production management was working to ensure that all the boxes were ticked for...

The greatest reality television show of all time!

Starring...Britney Spears.

"Above the Line"

Commissioning Editor - Mark Vincent Kaplan
Executive Producers - George Maloof, Larry Rudolph
Director - Larry Rudolph
Writers - Larry Rudolph, Brandy Navarre, Harvey Levin, Mario Lavandeira

"Below the Line"

Director of Photography - X17, TMZ
Extras - The ludicrously huge gang of paparazzi that trailed her.
Production Manager - Sam Lutfi

Occam's Razor:

"Occam's razor is a principle of theory construction or evaluation according to which, other things equal, explanations that posit fewer entities, or fewer kinds of entities, are to be preferred to explanations that posit more."

The simplest explanation is likely the correct one.

Sam Lutfi claims to be a film producer...He even continues to maintain his IMDB profile.

He's telling us who he is.

He's a film producer!

i’m going to add some supporting documents to this thread, but that is time consuming because it won’t populate unless I’m on my phone and that takes longer than on the computer. I’m going to drop a voice memo and then I’ll tell you when it’s up
