I know that. But I think there's a difference between being an A lister in entertainment or in the sports world compared to someone with notoriety for doing something negative. A list means being a big star as you know, but not for someone just well known for non entertainment purposes imo.

Yeah, I believe this was blown out of proportion. I can believe people being surprised to see her, because Hollywood knows what she's dealt with and they know what's said about her among celeb circles/the entertainment business. But I don't believe people were literally gasping and all that.
