Why do we hear this argument everytime? You cannot get in trouble in court by posting nude photos... period! What trouble is she bringing upon herself?

People post ***** all the time. Why is Britney Spears in danger of losing her civil rights because she posts them?

And stop living in fear of what her family's lawyers "might" do. If that works, they will bully Britney for the rest of her life. Why should we encourage Britney to always think "What would my abusive dad/family do or think?" every time she does something. That's ridiculous.

Can you imagine any judge going like "I sentence you to a conservatorship due to your nakedness " or "you'll have to pay everyone and their grandma's fees because you've exposed yourself on Instagram " 

 

Like EVEN if Jamie had the nerve to bring that up to form any argument, how would that make any impact on any of the ongoing matters?

Every single point you’ve made is about the opinions of others. Britney has made it abundantly clear for at least 19 years that the opinions of others will never change her, and nor should they. She’s free now and that means she can do what she wants despite how it makes other people feel (though I will always question why showing some skin would be a negative thing to anybody). She’s not harming anybody and is taking back the control and bodily autonomy she was denied of for so long. I don’t want to be rude but to do anything but support Britney when she’s clearly feeling herself gives similar vibes to those who were involved in keeping the cship going

Sorry to tell you this but your feelings aren’t facts! They are pictures of her on a bed being playful and sharing that with her fans and the world. 
Can you really imagine a lawyer, in court now, saying this woman can’t make a decision for herself cause she posted these pictures on her instagram!

I think it's very unstable of you to think that a woman feeling liberated and proud of her body is a sign to call her unstable. 

Grow up. Your train of thought is just like Team Con's "oh Britney is doing something I don't like let's put her under a conservatorship because she is so crazy and unstable." LOL...All while other celebs also post nude on their insta, onlyfans and music videos and I don't see you calling them unstable.
