Britney: I’m way smaller since this summer, I wasn't able to have coffee for two years

Britney posted a new video dancing, err... twirling, and opened up about feeling slimmer than this summer. 

She also mentioned not being allowed to have coffee for the last two years. She credits that liquid gold for why she's got that extra bit of energy.

The last dance I posted was from months ago … this post is from a day before yesterday !!!! I would have posted it yesterday but I got a cold 🤧 … I feel better now ☀️☀️☀️ !!!! I’m way smaller since this summer … as you can see … I dance a lot now … sometimes 3 hours a day and I do Zumba classes too !!! I’m getting older and I realized a lot of it is mental and I’ve been working at it a lot more and it’s actually working !!!! I’m actually way smaller now … ok and let’s get real too … I mean I wasn’t able to have coffee for two years and the very day I started drinking coffee in the morning … right when I put my makeup 💄 on … nope it wasn’t the foundation … it wasn’t the mascara … it wasn’t the two extra hours of sleep … it wasn’t the blush … the glow on my beautiful face and widening of my eyes just a bit more … well it was the coffee ☕️ !!!!! Nice to be here and even nicer to be alive folks … here’s me dancing this Wednesday at 2:45 in the afternoon !!!! I know cause I checked the time on my phone 😉 !!!!! It was ice cold outside and I could have curled up on the couch but no … I chose to twirl and live 💃🏼 !!!!! What are you doing around your tree this year, folks 🎄 ???? Pssss I have no makeup on here so no judgment !!!!

How do you deny your own sibling and daughter drinking coffee? I honestly feel like there's more evil and sinister things they've done to this woman.

It makes me sad when she talks about her body size, altrough I get why she cares so much. It's great that she's working out and feeling great about the results tho, and dancing!! Years ago I used to dance everyday for like an hour and it's such a mood booster

I hope the camera and the angle is not messing with her, because the unflattering angle can make you look bigger on camera and it seems like she is overly conscious of how she appears sometimes.
